A Project Completely Made in Italy
Papella is an all-Italian project, from concept to completion, using only Italian ingenuity, craftsmanship, and craftsmanship. Each bag is born from an original design by me, Cristiano Recanati , and comes to life thanks to the expert hands of Sandra , the artisan who produces our bags.
Sandra relies on the help of her all-female staff, a team I deeply respect for the care with which they craft each individual piece. Each Papella bag is the result of hours of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a passion for quality.
Our team also includes Claudio Marziali , a pattern maker for major brands and a lifelong friend. Claudio guarantees the quality of our bags, bringing his experience and expertise gained working with the best brands in the industry.

On the coat of arms you will find:

- Hand Made by Il Conte – the artisan workshop where Sandra and her team bring bags to life
