SHIPPING POLICY

Processing times.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on destination:

Italy: 3-5 working days
Europe (EU): 5-10 working days
Rest of the world: 10-20 working days

Times indicated are estimates and not guaranteed. Papella Bag is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.

Couriers
We use reliable couriers to ensure the safe delivery of your orders. You will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment.

Shipping costs Shipping is free for all orders in Europe. Shipping costs are already included in the purchase price of the product.

For non-European destinations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

International shipments For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be applied and are payable by the recipient.

Problems with shipping If your order does not arrive within the estimated time or if there are problems with delivery, contact us at info@papella.it and we will assist you in resolving it.

Shipping address Make sure the shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
